14-Day Return Policy

Unused items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are in original condition and packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required. Products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.

Return Fees

Customers are responsible for return shipping. A 15–25% restocking fee may apply based on product type and customization.

Note: Custom-built structures and installed units like built-in grills or stone fireplaces are not eligible for return.
